Job Description Key responsibilities: Planning, preparing, and packing for upcoming events at our location in River Forest (walking distance from Metra, Blue and Green Lines) Driving our van to a client's location Communicating with the client on location to ensure their needs are met with excellence Providing leadership to another barista during the set-up, event, and tear-down Making sure events run smoothly and taking action whenever problems arise Qualifications An ideal candidate will: Have insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn Have a deep sense of ownership and taking responsibility for the outcome Be fluid in English Have at least 1 year of experience as a barista Have very good latte art skills Have high emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills Have the ability to make clients feel at home and welcome Pay close attention to detail, especially in making sure our cleanliness and visual presentation are impeccable Be extremely punctual and reliable Be comfortable in fast-paced and at times stressful situations Be very responsive in communicating Must be able to lift at least 50 lb Must have some technical skills and be able to troubleshoot in the field Additional Information Apply here: https://blfo.co/apply You are encouraged to apply at the above location.
