Now, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead, train, and elevate our sales team to its next era of success.
This is not your average Sales Manager position. You’ll be at the heart of our sales ecosystem, overseeing the performance and development of a multi-division sales team, while also managing your book of business. You’ll coach, mentor, and build systems to drive growth across four distinct lines of business—all while delivering a stellar client experience of your own.
Requirements:Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a growing team of sales consultants across full-service catering, exclusive venues, corporate drop-off (PFS), and picnics.
Sales Training: Develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs to ensure sales team members are confident, competent, and consistently exceed their goals.
Performance Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and constructive feedback that is motivational and rooted in accountability.
Active Selling: Maintain a personal book of business, managing clients from initial inquiry through booking to ensure continued revenue contribution.
Pipeline Management: Partner with the Director of Sales to oversee lead distribution, pipeline activity, and conversion performance across divisions.
Sales Process Improvement: Refine sales workflows and proposals to ensure all team members are aligned with Mintahoe’s standards of service and efficiency.
Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of weekly bookings, tours, proposals, and individual performance metrics. Translate data into action.
Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work with operations, marketing, and culinary leadership to align sales goals and client deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Review proposals, contracts, and client correspondence to ensure clarity, accuracy, and profitability.
Support Hiring Efforts: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales talent as the department scales.
