Join our dynamic event operations team as a Catering Event Services Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful catering orders and events. Your responsibilities will include setting up, transporting equipment, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Key Responsibilities: Set up catering and event services per client requests and banquet event orders. Transport and deliver catering food and beverages, along with necessary supplies and equipment. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other equipment as specified. Replenish food and beverage products during events to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of food service areas during events. Manage the pick-up and clean-up of food and beverage deliveries after service. Break down and clean the event area post-events, returning equipment to storage. Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests during events. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Must comply with the required dress code. Availability for event-based hours is necessary. Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training may be required. This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
