Join the team at Friendship Village Tempe and help bring unforgettable events to life! Starting Salary: $49,700-$54,670 (DOE) Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed (based on scheduled events) What You'll Do: Responsible for all catered events and functions held at the community. Acts as liaison between residents, campus departments, external guests, and dining services to make sure all functions are setup, delivered, served, and cleared according to the catering function request or by the resident. Provide overall supervision, direction, coordination, and evaluation of catered events. Supervise service staff and coordinate with the culinary team on menus, layout, and delivery of food /beverage for the planned event. Completes and submits all catering function requests with pricing to Director of Dining Services each month by the third business day.
