Responsibilities:
The catering prep cook/staff will be responsible for working within the framework of a particular event or catering order and completing the task list, as directed by the catering managers. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Preparing food as directed by the catering managers and prescribed by the company recipes
- Following appropriate food safety protocols
- Completing tasks in a timely manner to meet event and delivery deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Washing dishes, cookware, equipment, and workspace
- Loading and transporting menu items in a company vehicle


Qualifications:
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Be able to follow directions and recipes
- Multitasking
- Be able to work on your feet for the entirety of a shift
- Staff must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings
- Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary. A willingness to learn is more valuable
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of people and bring a positive attitude to every shift
- Organize and stock product from incoming weekly deliveries

Job Status:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
