Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Book of at least 200k; In excess of five years of experience in a law firm or in house legal department; Experience and/or background in business, tax, commercial transactions, lending, finance, or accounting preferred; Strong drafting, research, and writing skills; Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects; Strong analytical skills; Ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully; Candidate must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.
