Compensation: $85,000 base salary, 40% incentive bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase catering and event revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the catering sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering and event sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of event planning and catering operations.
