Summary of position: This position is responsible for soliciting and promoting catering business for the hotel while maximizing revenue profitability using proactive sales activities in accordance with established hotel brand standards. Captures and plans catering functions with proper execution. Meets revenue expectations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred 2 or 4-year college degree a plus. 4 years' catering sales experience and 2 years of supervisory experience and/or prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
