Base pay range $128,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr The Director of Operations leads financial and operational performance with a focus on quality and on-time service for airline customers. This leadership role oversees all resources in the LSG Sky Chefs Customer Service Center, including food production, logistics, assembly, dish room, and warehouse staff, ensuring process optimization and efficiency across the facility. Strong management skills in budgeting, operations, manufacturing, and personnel are essential. Managing Business Develop annual business plans and budgets. Coordinate short-term manufacturing and operational planning. Oversee economic and operational performance, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Optimize resource deployment and material ordering. Ensure work methods meet standards and customer contracts. Drive continuous process improvements. Maintain safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Leadership Organize, staff, and direct the department. Motivate and develop staff in line with HR policies. Participate in coaching and career development initiatives. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Five to seven years of related experience required. Experience managing multiple departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
