* Wash & sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils & equipment (dishwasher or by hand). * Maintain clean & orderly kitchen (trash removal, sweeping, mopping). * Properly use & maintain equipment & cleaning solutions.

Qualifications:

* 3 months - 1 year kitchen experience preferred. * Food safety knowledge & positive attitude a must! * Team player willing to work hard. * Ability to lift 35 lbs & stand for extended periods. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
