Executive-Level Indian Chef - Event Catering & Multi-Unit Growth We are a fast-growing, well-respected catering company in the DMV area known for our Indian and global fusion menus. As we expand, we're seeking a culinary leader to oversee production, manage kitchen logistics, and support growth initiatives, including a potential to-go location and future brand launches. You will be crucial in driving operational excellence across catering and to-go formats. Responsibilities: Lead event preparation and kitchen execution for high-volume catering Develop and manage production systems, prep schedules, and batch plans Participate in tastings, client meetings, and quality control Support launch of new concepts, including to-go models and pop-ups Oversee or mentor staff across multiple locations Maintain inventory, ensure food safety, and coordinate with vendors Type: Full-time preferred; freelance/trial period possible.
