About The Role

The primary responsibilities for this role include handling nighttime admissions and supervising the night APC as needed Physicians can expect to manage an average of ten admissions during each 12-hour shift in a very busy, fast-paced environment You will see patients across all acuity levels, including medically and socially complex cases Candidates should be prepared to discuss their comfort level in caring for these challenging patient populations during the interview process The facility features a closed ICU staffed by intensivists Performing procedures or running codes is voluntary, with interventional radiology available for procedures if needed Family medicine residents are able to run codes due to the onsite residency program An excellent range of specialists is available for referrals and consultations, ensuring strong support and collaboration
