• CPR certification required

• High School diploma or GED equivalent if working in the lab

• Three to four years experience preferred

• Ambulatory and/or care management experience preferred

• Current Drivers License in good standing and reliable and insured transportation This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
