What You'll Do: Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Contact Center Agent. Engage in a hybrid work environment in our Media, PA office to cultivate meaningful relationships with teammates. Note: fully remote work is not available. Participate in comprehensive in-office and remote training to learn effective issue resolution and escalation techniques. We provide extensive resources, including training documents, knowledgebases, and personalized coaching. Support various departments such as Technology and Store Operations while managing multiple priorities. Your success here can lead to potential career advancements at Wawa. You thrive working collaboratively and independently, while maintaining composure under pressure. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you're detail-oriented and organized. You are flexible in your scheduling and ready to work based on the needs of the business, including weekdays, weekends, and shifts that may vary. What You Bring: Strong technology troubleshooting skills from your past roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular familiarity with Outlook and Teams. Experience utilizing web-based platforms to provide effective customer solutions. 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer recovery setting. A high school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent experience. Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are a plus. Requirements: Candidates must be available for both in-office training and post-training as this is a hybrid position. Fully remote work is not an option. Proof of a high-speed internet connection is required, with a minimum speed of 1MBPS download and 768 Kbps upload.
