Create Amazing Food Prepare menu items to Wonder standards while ensuring clean, stocked, and organized stations Follow HACCP and all food safety protocols, including temperature and storage guidelines Manage inventory, pack accurate portions, and verify each order before dispatch Deliver Incredible Hospitality Warmly greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app Share knowledge about our concepts and support meal-kit and delivery operations Participate in local marketing activities like distributing flyers and engaging with the community Maintain Our Restaurants' Cleanliness Uphold top sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchens and dining areas Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment during your shift Manage trash and recycling properly; report equipment issues promptly Be an Essential Team Member Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment Perform additional duties as required Thrive in a supportive work culture where growth and team spirit are prioritized Qualifications: 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer service role Ability to work quickly and accurately with a strong attention to detail Good organizational skills, clear verbal communication, and attentiveness to follow directions A team player with a basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be capable of standing for an entire shift Must have weekend availability This description also reflects the criteria used for our Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT).
