Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position both physically and mentally. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to pass the State mandated criminal background screening and random drug testing. Job Responsibilies Deliveries to residents including: Fresh ice water, towels, newspaper, daily mail, packages, etc. Provides escort to and from meals and activities - propelling wheelchairs, walking alongside. Does not provide physical support or assistance. Assist with meal service: opening packets, pouring beverages, setting and clearing tables, delivery and pick-up of room trays, etc. One on one visitation with residents as directed to ease loneliness or anxiety Light housekeeping chores including bed making, linen changes, straightening and dusting, emptying waste baskets, pick-up and delivery of laundry, etc #INDEW
