One Tech Engineering is searching for a Project Coordinator for a position located in either Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing and advancing the DER interconnection application process for distributed energy resources (DER). The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or at least two years of professional experience. Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Pull and analyze daily reports to track and manage applications and assigned tasks. Ensure timely processing and progression of applications, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to. Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns related to their solar applications. Answer customer inquiries through the application portal and provide support regarding the status and details of their solar applications. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and facilitate timely completion of the application process. Requirements of the Project Coordinator : Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or at least two years of professional experience Previous customer service experience. Attention to detail is a must. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Salesforce experience is a plus.
