arrestDemonstrates understanding of code cart check and procedure for replacing items on code cartTransmits pertinent patient information to the appropriate individual MD, supervisor, discharge planner etc. using SBAR for hand-off communicationUses an understanding of the principles of pain management to assess each patient's individual needs and provide appropriate and specific treatment and careUtilizes all available resources in the initial assessment of the patient, including biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, discharge planning, self-care and education and reassessment each
