As an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead), you will lead daily operations while coaching a team of Doyens (Sales Associates) to become industry experts in cannabis and kratom. Requirements:

* Must be at least 18 years of age. * Previous retail sales experience is required. * Previous leadership experience preferred. * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs. * A "people person" who is passionate about our products and company culture.
