The perfect candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar with banquet etiquette. ·       Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. ·       Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. ·       Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards ·       Knowledgeable about beverages served, their garnish, contents and preparation methods ·       Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol ·       Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies ·       Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. ·       Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. ·       Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. ·       Transport supplies to bar set-up area. ·       Wash soiled glassware. ·       Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. ·       Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. ·       Process all payment methods if event requires. ·       Count bank at end of shift, Secure bank ·       Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. ·       Complete closing duties. ·       Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. ·       Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods ·       All other duties as assigned by leadership
