Alpine Animal Clinic is seeking an Assistant Veterinary Hospital Manager to help support our team and daily hospital operations. The Assistant Hospital Manager works closely with and reports directly to the Hospital Manager, helping support the team, maintain efficient workflows, and ensure a positive environment for both staff and clients. Key Responsibilities Include: Team Support & Culture Help foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment across all departments. Support the Hospital Manager in addressing team concerns and reinforcing hospital values. Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new team members. Encourage clear communication and collaboration among the hospital team. Operational Support Assist with day-to-day hospital operations to help maintain smooth and efficient workflows. Support scheduling coordination and help identify staffing needs. Assist with inventory tracking and help ensure the hospital is well stocked. Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs as they arise. Hospital & Client Experience Help maintain high standards of client service and assist with resolving client concerns when needed. Support a welcoming and positive experience for clients and their pets. Assist the Hospital Manager with community outreach or hospital initiatives when applicable. Schedule, benefits and compensation**: This is a full-time position, and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs. Experience with team training and supervision. Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
