Call Center- Women's Health Clinic Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team! As a Call Center team member, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! While this is a non-patient facing position, from scheduling appointments to assisting them as they seek the medical attention they require, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction. This assignment is located in a busy women's health clinic. Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience. Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Location: St. Paul, Mn Receptionist-Dental Call Center Responsibilities: Answering the phone promptly Patient registration Assisting with appointments and referrals to Maternal Fetal Medicine Ability to have persona sensitive conversations with callers Ability to answer 50 call per day Administrative duties as needed Qualifications : Medical Reception or Administrative Assistant and/ or call center experience preferred Epic experience preferred High School Diploma Good phone etiquette Attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to pass a criminal background check Must have great attendance and punctuality !
