Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver
CFA Delivery Drivers play a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers have been chosen to represent Chick-fil-A to deliver fresh quality food in a timely manner while keeping safety in mind at all times. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Chick-fil-A delivery service, and secondarily to provide basic hospitality requirements to our guests.
This position is vital in executing our mission to provide "Remark"able food, service, and environments for our customers.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available to be scheduled weekly a minimum of 3 days for delivery service. (Some evening and Saturday availability required as well)
Required to have a reliable, safe, and clean delivery automobile
Must pass Sterling Driver Background Check
Must be willing to work inside and outside of the restaurant during their shift
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand on their feet for the duration of shift including use of stairs/ramps
Must be willing to assist and perform hospitality tasks to better serve our guests in restaurant when not actively taking deliveries
Represent our restaurant and the CFA Brand by being presentable, efficient and friendly
Requirements:
Must agree to a Driver's History & Background Check
Must comply with the standards and procedures set forth by employer guidelines and requirements as written in the Policy Handbook & Chick-fil-A standard practices
Contribute to a safe and overall positive environment by managing oneself professionally according to our Civility Code and Handbook standards
Complete & pass all Basic Team Member Courses as well as CFA Delivery Training in Pathway Engage positively with our guests in a polite and friendly manner as well as respond to their needs according to our "Pathway" service language standards
Become knowledgeable of all of Chick?fil?A's menu items & the related recipes
Required to have a reliable, safe, and clean delivery automobile
Maintain and take care of all equipment as well as personal vehicle
Maintain our safe driver minimum requirements and all Indiana Driver's License requirements and laws

Maintaining all health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards including hand washing as well as sanitizing high touch areas in your workplace areas
Providing ("Core 4" and "2nd Mile Winning Hearts Service") our internal service models and standards
Adhere to all local and state food codes and all Chick-fil-A food safe and Pathway procedures and Chick-fil-A Operating Standards
Adhere to all safety requirements in operating and cleaning equipment and working in the restaurant Adhere to Chick-fil-A "Pathway" and ASPYRE LLC hygiene and appearance standards
Must sign and agree to Addendum A (CFA Delivery Driver Agreement)
Operator may require use of company branded vehicles

Pay: When taking Chick-fil-A Caterings, pay will be Hourly Wage (with the possibility of tips) Additional (IRS) Standard Mileage Rate Reimbursement (2026: 72.5 cents per mile)
