Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision. Report Client Condition Changes Follow individualized care plans, helping with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being. BrightStar CNA Qualifications: Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings. If you are an HHA (no CNA), A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings is required. A Valid Driver's License (Permits not accepted) with clear driving record. Must be at least 18 yrs. or older Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience preferred Able to travel within our covering territories (as listed in post) Empathy for the needs of the client A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude Apply today and get working within the week!
