You'll be moving quickly and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts—so take those breaks to recharge! Crew-first mentality . We support each other, have everyone's back, and get the job done—together. Weather-ready . Be prepared for all conditions rain or shine—we've got Dutch gear to help! Some heavy lifting . You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout!). Reliability . You'll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Training & Development .
