: Were looking for a hands-on Commercial Project Manager who takes full ownership of construction projects from award through closeout. What Youll Be Doing Take full responsibility for project execution from start to finish Build and maintain CPM schedules (Microsoft Project) Identify risks early and keep projects on track (cost, scope, schedule) Lead subcontractor buyout, coordination, and performance Run OAC meetings and jobsite coordination independently Maintain accurate documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.) Stay actively involved in the field to ensure quality and progress Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financials Drive projects through successful closeout What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor Proven track record of managing projects from award to closeout Strong experience with: Scheduling (CPM / MS Project) Cost forecasting & budget control Subcontractor management & negotiations Comfortable working on-site and in the field regularly Experience with tools like Procore, Sage300, SmartPM Preferred Experience in multi-family or hospitality projects OSHA 10 certification Strong leadership mindset with the ability to operate independently
