Comments and Other Information

High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting technology in a professional setting. Associate degree or higher in computer science, or a related field, or relevant Industry standard certifications preferred.

Experience with Google Admin Console and Chromebook management is strongly preferred. Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, or JAMF is also valued. K-12 or enterprise support experience is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot effectively, take ownership, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to the team. The ability to identify root causes and improve systems over time is highly valued.
