As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the friendly face of Wawa, ensuring our customers are delighted by providing outstanding service. Our Associates take pride in being part of a beloved brand, making every interaction special. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and engaging customers, promptly meeting their needs with a smile. Preparing mouthwatering food items, including breakfast treats, sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and inviting coffee station. Operating the cash register and managing payments, including activating fuel and gift cards, and assisting with age-restricted items. Keeping our store well-stocked with fresh and attractive merchandise. Ensuring cleanliness and safety by following established policies and guidelines. Carrying out housekeeping duties like cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask. Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation. Enjoy working harmoniously in a team environment. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.25 to $21.25, depending on experience and location. A bonus of $1.50 per hour is available for shifts worked from 12 AM to 6 AM.
