Position summary:

The Call Center Representative (CSR) is responsible for communicating with the customer to determine service needs. Making sure that the phone is answered appropriately. Monitor incoming e-mail and other electronic lead sources for new leads and contact as quickly as possible. Out bounding calls to members. Meet KPI's. Other duties as assigned.

Job qualifications:

  • Background check and Drug Test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana.

Experience:

  • 2 years of call center Preferred
  • 2 years of customer service - Preferred
  • 2 years of dispatching - Preferred
