In love with 3D modeling, printing and digital fabrication in general A patient communicator who can explain complex technical issues to any audience Able to develop fun and effective support materials (manuals, tutorials, blog posts etc.) that customers actually enjoy using Able to use cloud-based web platforms (support ticketing etc.) to efficiently track and satisfy customer needs A team player who is ready to put in the extra hours in a rapidly changing environment These skills are a plus: Experience providing technical support for electronics and information systems Video production, photography, or graphic design 3D modeling and digital fabrication
