Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant based in Philadelphia, PA. The Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentist and patients on daily clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with dental procedures, maintaining and sterilizing equipment, preparing treatment rooms, providing patient education on oral hygiene, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all. The role is essential in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including assisting during dental procedures and patient management
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with Dental Care, Oral Care, and basic dentistry practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a comfortable and positive experience for patients
• Organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing treatment rooms and handling materials
• Xray certifications in Radiology.
• Experience in using dental software and patient record management systems is a plus
