Supporting independence, not just providing care. Cooking meals, creating routines, and celebrating victories big and small. Providing a safe, supportive environment (and maybe learning a new hobby or two along the way). Helping with medications, personal care, mobility, and transportation. Encouraging fun! outings, movies, shopping trips, walks, and more. Documenting successes and ensuring quality care every shift.
