Dishwashers

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
2. Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
3. Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
4. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
5. Keep the dish area clean and organized.
6. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
7. Bag and haul dish area trash to the dumpster at designated times.
8. Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
9. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
10. Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
11. Attend all scheduled team member meetings.

• Previous restaurant experience is not required but preferred.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.
• Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
