Atlantic Fields is seeking a Dishwasher to join the Food Beverage Culinary Department. The Dishwasher is responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Other responsibilities include washing dishes, chinaware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment. The Dishwasher will help maintain the kitchen, dish washing and back areas in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and club guidelines. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliMaintain sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas by cleaning dishes and kitchen work areas, sweeping kitchen work areas, and removing trash./liliProvide clean cooking utensils for the FB operations and ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas./liliMaintain safety, proper storage of chemicals, and chemical concentration logs./liliDaily set ups of china, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets./liliParticipate as a team player with other key team members./liliAttends department briefings as necessary to communicate necessary./liliCompletion of all opening/closing procedures as instructed./liliAssist with execution of departmental objectives and goals./liliMonitoring inventory levels through regular inventory checks./liliMaintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained./liliCleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures./liliEnsure all equipment is clean and in good working order./liliWash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner./liliReport any maintenance or hazard issues to the Executive Chef./liliAlways maintain a clean and safe work environment./liliAdhere to all company policy and procedures./liliAll government, safety, health, and security standards are complied with through the department at all times./liliAny other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliThree (3) months prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required./liliCulinary Degree/Certification(s) or relevant on job experience recommended./li/ulpAdditional Requirements/pulliPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members./liliMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
