We are searching for a dedicated and proactive Field Service Technician who thrives in a dynamic environment and consistently delivers exceptional results. National Entertainment Network has an immediate full-time opening for the position of Field Service Technician (FSA). This route technician role is based out of our Santa Rosa, CA office. Your main responsibility will be managing a designated territory with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair equipment, plus troubleshoot any technical issues that arise. Merchandise gaming equipment, including plush toys and prizes as necessary. Keep amusement equipment at customer locations well-maintained, stocked, and in compliance with company cleanliness and aesthetic standards. Handle accurate route collections of revenue, following proper cash handling procedures. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and their staff. Maintain meticulous records related to equipment meters. Complete follow-ups as assigned. Maximize revenue potential at each location through strategic equipment placement and promotional opportunities. Identify new business leads as they arise. Qualifications: Proven experience managing a service route or relevant field service background. Experience in the amusement gaming industry is highly desirable. Minimum two years of experience in electronics or mechanical repairs preferred. Minimum two years of cash handling experience preferred. Must have a clean and maintained driving record. Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Efficient in managing workloads with minimal supervision. Accountable, productive, and personable. Ability to work accurately and efficiently. Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork, tools, and parts. Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
