Premier Property Management Group is hiring a Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our residents. This is not a traditional receptionist role—this is a decision-making, problem-solving, customer-forward position. You’ll join a fast-paced and collaborative team that manages over 8,200 single-family homes across 13 cities on behalf of 4,000+ investors worldwide.

Property management experience is helpful but not required.
General Accountabilities
Answer incoming calls from residents and resolve issues with ownership and urgency
Handle front desk responsibilities such as receiving and processing payments
Dispatch and track maintenance requests and follow through to resolution
Troubleshoot resident concerns in areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Communicate directly with vendors, residents, and property owners
Maintain accurate records in our system and support document handling for leases
Proactively resolve issues the same day whenever possible
Serve as a key liaison between our residents and internal departments
Job Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
Experience: 2-3 years in a customer service, administrative, or front-facing role
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multitasking and time management
Comfortable making decisions and thinking independently
Calm under pressure and able to de-escalate difficult situations
High coachability and willingness xsgimln to grow
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
Must have a valid driver license
