Our FYidoctors - Tahoe City clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist ! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check-in and check-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments Manage eyewear pick-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required What Do You Bring Bilingual English and Spanish Previous retail experience is considered an asset Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively A high school diploma or equivalent preferred How'll You'll Benefit Competitive wages, comprehensive total rewards package including benefits, 401k, paid time-off, and more Rapid and continued growth, ensuring a constantly challenging and rewarding environment A workplace culture that fosters collaboration and teamwork Continuous training and development opportunities to support career growth

The expected starting compensation for this position is between $18.18 to $22.73 hourly, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
