We are looking for a reliable and hardworking KITCHEN PORTER to support our bakery operations. This role helps with deliveries, assists in low-level production such as cookie shaping and egg tart shell trimming, and supports organizational and cleaning tasks at our commissary.

A day in the life:

  • Handle product deliveries and transfers between PADERIA locations safely and on time.
  • Load and unload baked goods and supplies, ensuring proper handling and product quality.
  • Assist with cookie shaping, egg tart shell trimming, and other basic prep and production tasks.
  • Help maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory placement.
  • Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen tools, trays, and workstations as needed.
  • Support production team by restocking ingredients and assisting with daily prep tasks.
  • Ensure all work areas meet food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and meet performance expectations.
  • Physical demands: Lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb loads. Stand for extended periods of time. Frequent walking, bending, and reaching overhead.
  • The position may require additional hours during holiday seasons or peak production periods.


What you bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to commit full-time/part-time.
  • Certified knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety (Paid program, complete in 30 days).
  • Ability to operate basic kitchen tools and equipment safely.
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
