A highly regarded, growth-oriented national law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its expanding Insurance Coverage practice in California. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Opportunity
This role offers a unique blend of litigation and advisory work, including:
Handling complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
Drafting coverage opinions and advising clients on policy interpretation
Working closely with experienced attorneys on strategic, high-value matters
Gaining meaningful responsibility and client exposure early on

What They’re Looking For
3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to insurance coverage or related matters
Active California Bar license
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Experience managing cases or components of cases with increasing independence
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
