SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Pull, pack and deliver all finished goods, sample orders, corporate mail and packages to ship, receive, count, verify, and store finished goods. Maintain inventory for finished goods including sample inventory. Will use a variety of systems to record receipts and process shipments.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Pulls documents, packs, and delivers all orders to Shipping. Process all finished goods via the ShipERP shipping system. Receives incoming stock, verifies part numbers and quantity then stocks material on shelves. Process customer returns. Maintain accurate stockroom inventories of finished goods and sample materials. Performs mailroom support to include delivery to appropriate departments, processing outbound mail with all departments. May prepare and maintain import/export documentation. Build and process sample kits when necessary. Back-up to Shipping / Receiving / Samples Material handlers Performs other duties as assigned or required.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION :

High School Diploma or equivalent education, training and/or experience.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

+6 months in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations

OTHER SKILLS:

Must be open to supporting CTPAT & attend hazardous training as required. Strong mathematical and organizational skills.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED:

Computerized ShipERP shipping system, PC, hand carts, pallet jacks, calculator, mailing machine. May need to operate forklift as needed - onsite training will be provided.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Expected to be personable and amicable to support shipping & receiving needs for the organization.

ORAL:

Must have good oral communications skills.

WRITTEN:

Must have good written communication skills.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Normal office environment.

HIRING RANGE:

$19.00 - $22.00 hourly based on experience.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 9-12 months, with potential to adjust based on business needs.
