Job Overview Join Elite Testosterone Clinic as a Medical Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of a fast growing men’s health clinic. In this position, you will work directly with the provider to deliver efficient, high quality care focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, peptides, growth hormones, and overall wellness. Your responsibilities will include checking in patients, rooming patients, sending internal EMR system email updates, coordinating and tracking lab orders and results, preparing and assisting with treatments and injections, and ensuring all supplies and medications are ready for in clinic patients requiring this. You will use the EHR system to document visits, send intake emails, and keep patient charts accurate and up to date.
You will also manage front and back office tasks such as scheduling appointments, confirming visits, following up with patients regarding labs and treatment plans, and responding to calls and text messages in a timely and professional manner. Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment, including proper handling of sharps and adherence to infection control protocols, is required. You will help educate patients on their treatment plans, medications, and next steps, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their care. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced setting while providing excellent patient service. This role is essential to keeping clinic operations smooth and creating a positive, high quality experience for every patient.
