What You'll Be Doing Receive a high volume of incoming calls from the company's main phone line. Connect callers to the appropriate people and locations in an efficient manner. Maintain excellent customer service while handling calls from both internal and external customers. Utilize multiple resources and systems to access the appropriate information to relay to callers in a swift manner. Complete paging requests from physicians and team members as needed. Page out to the trauma team for any trauma calls and call out Code Blues on the intercom system at the hospitals. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of recent call center or dispatch experience required. Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
