Obstetrics (Preferred but not required),

Ear, Nose, and Throat. All adults, no Cardiac, or Pediatrics. Electronic Medical Records [EMR]: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC). Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
