Uphold production standards while stocking shelves and keeping areas clean. Organize back stock for optimal accessibility. Manage invoices for products delivered outside normal receiving hours. Accurately check-in products and report any discrepancies to leadership. Facilitate the receiving and sorting of overnight deliveries for all teams. Arrive timely at work, appropriately groomed and prepared for your shift. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and using suggestive selling techniques. Maximize sales potential through effective stocking and merchandising practices. Comply with established procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation. Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and ensure equipment meets safety standards. Perform assigned duties during opening, mid, and closing shifts while ensuring accuracy in signs and pricing. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Standing or walking for 6-8 hours within an 8-hour workday. Use of hands for grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90°F. Work in both wet and dry conditions. Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary. Ability to operate tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks. May involve the use of ladders.
