Key Responsibilities Ensure all products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards by checking and maintaining stock. Effectively manage waste through accurate sorting and scanning. Maintain standard production levels while stocking and cleaning shelves and food preparation areas. Organize back stock to ensure a tidy environment. Handle delivery invoices and product check-ins outside regular hours. Receive, sort, and organize overnight deliveries efficiently for various teams. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently. Maximize sales potential by preparing, storing, rotating, and merchandising products effectively. Adhere to compliance procedures related to health, safety, and sanitation. Keep equipment and work areas clean and hygienic. Complete opening, mid, and closing duties, ensuring accurate pricing and signage. Immediately report any safety hazards or compliance violations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday. Engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions during shifts. Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures, up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Work in both wet and dry conditions. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Utilize tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks. May involve the use of ladders. The wage range for this position is $18.00-$25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
