Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour shifts | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
Pay Range: $30.10 - $39.60/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Position Overview: RN (Day Shift)
The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
Our 12-hour, 7-on/7-off schedule offers a balanced lifestyle while maintaining continuity of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
# Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
# Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
# Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
# Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
# Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
# Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
# Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies
Qualifications
# Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
# Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
# Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
# Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
# BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
# New graduates encouraged to apply
