We're hiring a Part Time Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment. The starting wage for this position is $17 per hour plus benefits and commissions.
