* Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere * Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently * Verify patient information and insurance details accurately * Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services * Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area * Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care * Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
What You'll Need:
* Exceptional customer-service mindset (experience in this area helps too!) * Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) & English * Call Center experience is a plus * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Positive attitude and desire to collaborate with others * Flexibility; every day is a little different in our practice, and we do our best to stay flexible and adapt to changes as they come
