A well-established national beverage distributor is seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to support their HR team with employee data management and HRIS transactions. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with systems, processes, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage HR transactions within Workday
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding updates, employee changes, and HR requests
Ensure HRIS data accuracy and compliance
Assist the HR team with administrative and transactional HR functions
Qualifications 2-5 years of HR experience
Hands-on Workday experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Schedule In-office Tuesday-Thursday
Approximately 20 hours per week
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours available)
Potential for additional hours in the future
Compensation $23 - $26/hour DOE
