Your Day at Lowe's Each day involves keeping shelves stocked, maintaining organized spaces, unloading freight, and helping customers find or load products. You will engage in various physical tasks throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing their inquiries. Efficiently stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves. Support store operations by verifying deliveries and preparing the receiving area for incoming freight. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to proper procedures and handling materials responsibly. Operate store equipment such as scanners and forklifts when necessary. Work collaboratively with your team to complete additional assigned tasks. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may be substituted for education. Preferred Qualifications 3 months of experience operating forklifts or similar equipment. 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment handling inventory and stocking.
